Point in Time Count

2020 pitcount

We need your help with the annual Point in Time Count to survey and support our neighbors who are homeless! Please note the following training and event schedule. Unless otherwise noted, all these events, including the training sessions, assembly of backpacks, and distribution of supplies (backpacks and surveys) will occur at ACCESS’ Olsrud Nutrition Center at 2020 Cardinal Way, Medford. Everyone participating in the survey needs to attend one training.
SCHEDULE

PIT Survey Training (choose one) – for all who will be conducting surveys Friday, January 10th 10 am to 11 am
PIT Survey Training (choose one) – for all who will be conducting surveys Friday, January 17th 10 am to 11 am
PIT Count Set Up & Backpack Assembly Friday, January 24 10 am to 4 pm
Distribution of Supplies on the Day of Count Monday, January 27th 4 pm
First Street Team Begins Surveys Monday, January 27th 5 pm until approximately 10 pm
Greenway Survey Team Monday, January 27th TBA – estimated start time is 10:30 pm at Medford Police Department
Surveys at Meal Sites & Community Agencies Entire Week of January 27th
