Jackson County Reaches Operation Welcome Home Goal

The Operation Welcome Home campaign, running from November 2018 to August 2019, is aimed at addressing Veteran Homelessness. Jackson County, one of 10 Oregon Communities selected to participate in Operation Welcome Home, reached its goal of housing 100 Veterans who were experiencing homelessness.  In Jackson County, the Jackson County Continuum of Care, ACCESS, EasterSeals Oregon, The Veterans Administration, Rogue Valley Veterans and Community Outreach, and the Veteran Services Office partnered together on this initiative and met the goal in April 2018. These agencies and organizations, along with other community partners, will continue to provide housing and support services to Veterans.
