Local Tool and Scoring Matrix for 2018 Projects

(Posted 09/11/18) 2018 This is a local tool used to rate and rank the pre-applications of both renewal and new projects submitted to the FY 2018 HUD competition. The scoring matrix contains the final ranking of all submitted projects.
